A Learning Library Built for Solana Token Questions
Hub Panelcore exists because SPL token documentation is precise but scattered. We gather the concepts into workshops, printed references, and patient tutoring so learners leave with working mental models — not just bookmarked links.
Our Story
Hub Panelcore Ltd was established in 2021 at 140 Wales Farm Road in Acton, West London. Founder Elena Vasquez had spent several years helping developers at hackathons debug token account errors — the same handful of questions appeared at every event. Why did the transfer fail? What is an associated token account? When should mint authority be revoked?
Rather than repeat the same whiteboard explanation at each meetup, Elena opened a small learning space where structured workshops could cover SPL token mechanics from the ground up. Marcus Chen joined in 2022, bringing experience from token account audits and a talent for translating raw explorer data into plain language.
Today Hub Panelcore runs regular workshops for individual learners, community organisers, and small development teams. We remain independent — focused on education, not on selling tokens, software subscriptions, or investment products.

How We Work
Sessions are deliberately small. We cap group workshops at six learners so everyone can ask questions about their own devnet experiments. Materials are printed where possible — annotated paper survives longer than a slide deck you forget to save.
We teach on devnet by default. Mainnet examples appear only when necessary for illustration, and we never ask learners to purchase tokens as part of a workshop.
Who Leads the Sessions
Elena Vasquez
Lead Token Tutor. Elena designed the SPL Token Fundamentals curriculum and has delivered it to over two hundred learners since 2021. She previously volunteered as a mentor at London Solana meetups.
Marcus Chen
Senior Token Tutor. Marcus specialises in token account debugging and rent-exemption calculations. He leads the Token Account Deep Dive and contributes field notes to the learning library blog.
Values We Hold
- Clarity over speed. We would rather explain one transfer flow thoroughly than rush through six topics.
- Devnet first. Learners experiment safely before touching mainnet assets.
- Independence. We are not affiliated with Solana or the Solana Foundation. Our loyalty is to accurate, accessible education.
- Honest scope. We teach token account mechanics. We do not provide legal classification advice or investment recommendations.
